In order to confirm the booking, you are required to sign the acknowledged itinerary and booking form and make payment in terms of the booking. Our company offers both customised and budget tour packages. In budgeted packages, all transfers shall be coach/sharing transfers. If you are booking a tour package for Europe, USA or Australia, there may be long drives stretching 7–8 hours or more. Smoking or consuming alcoholic beverages shall not be allowed on coaches in the interest of fellow passengers.
Company reserves its rights to cancel the group package if they do not have an adequate number of passengers. In such a case, the Company may offer an alternative tour package or shall make a full refund of the tour cost paid after deducting applicable Visa and facilitation charges.

Please read your itinerary carefully and confirm with our team if you are unsure about any inclusion or exclusion before making your booking.
M/s Rising Star Tours & Travels is a travel and holiday organiser only. We do not own, operate or control any Airline, Shipping Company, Coach Company, Hotel, Transport Company, Restaurant or any other allied service provided to you during the course of the tour.
The company shall not be responsible or liable for any delay, deficiency, injury, death, loss or damage occurring due to any act or default of such third-party service provider(s), their employees or their agent(s). Any claim with respect to services directly provided by a third party must be filed directly with the concerned party and not with our company.
By signing the booking form and itinerary handout, you give your consent to adhere to these terms and understand that the Company cannot be held responsible for any failure of third-party services.
The company may assist in arranging international SIM cards as an add-on service. However, the working, connectivity, and coverage of international SIM cards are entirely dependent on the service provider and local network availability in the destination country.
TravelDham shall not be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, or expense arising from the non-functioning, poor connectivity, or failure of international SIM cards. Customers are advised to check coverage at the destination country before relying solely on an international SIM card for communication.
The company reserves the right to modify, alter, or change any part of the itinerary at any time without prior notice due to factors including but not limited to:
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.) • Operational requirements of airlines, hotels, or other service providers • Safety considerations for passengers • Government directives or restrictions • Unavailability of booked services
In such cases, the Company will endeavour to provide equivalent or superior alternative arrangements. No monetary compensation or refund will be payable for itinerary changes due to circumstances beyond the Company's control.
Hotel check-in time is generally 1400 hrs (2:00 PM) and check-out time is 1200 hrs (12:00 Noon), unless otherwise specified. Any early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may attract additional charges.
Accommodation is provided in standard rooms unless an upgrade has been specifically requested and confirmed in writing. The Company is not responsible for the facilities provided by the hotel beyond those confirmed in the booking.
Hotel star ratings are as per the classification in the destination country, which may differ from Indian standards. The Company shall not be liable for any differences in room allocation, views, or facilities that are at the hotel's discretion. Any complaint regarding the hotel must be addressed to our tour manager or the hotel management immediately during the tour.
Coaches/vehicles provided for group tours are as per the confirmed itinerary. The seating capacity depends on the number of passengers in the group. In some destinations, air-cooled or non-air-conditioned coaches may be used.
Passengers are requested to be on time at the assembly points. The Company shall not be held liable for any inconvenience caused due to a passenger's failure to report on time, and no refund will be given for missed services in such cases.
The Company reserves the right to substitute the mode of transport in case of breakdown, unavailability, or force majeure events, with an equivalent alternative.
The Company acts as an agent for airlines and is not responsible for schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or denied boarding by airlines. All airline bookings are subject to the respective airline's terms and conditions.
• Airline seats are subject to availability at the time of booking. • In group packages, the choice of airline may not always be available. • Flight timings mentioned in the itinerary are subject to change by the airline. • The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from airline delays, cancellations, or schedule changes. • Passengers must carry valid photo identification and comply with all airline check-in requirements.
For first-time international travellers, we advise the following:
• Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. • Obtain the required visa well in advance — visa approvals are at the discretion of the respective embassy and TravelDham cannot guarantee visa approval. • Carry sufficient foreign exchange and/or international travel cards for personal expenses. • Familiarise yourself with the airline's baggage policy to avoid excess baggage charges at the airport. • Reach the airport at least 3 hours before international departure for check-in and security clearance. • Keep copies of all important travel documents (passport, visa, tickets, insurance) separately from the originals. • Purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and baggage loss.
Baggage allowance is determined by the airline on which you are travelling and is clearly mentioned on your ticket. The Company is not responsible for excess baggage charges levied by airlines.
• Check-in baggage allowance for international flights typically ranges from 20 kg to 30 kg depending on the airline and class of travel. • Hand/cabin baggage is typically limited to 7 kg and must fit in the overhead bin or under the seat. • For surface travel by coach, passengers are advised to carry reasonable luggage to ensure comfort during transfers. • Passengers are solely responsible for their baggage at all times during the tour.
In the event of loss, damage, or delay of baggage during air travel, the matter must be immediately reported to the airline at the destination airport. The Company shall not be liable for any loss of baggage during air travel or surface transfers.
For air travel, the airline's conditions of carriage and any applicable international conventions (Warsaw Convention/Montreal Convention) will govern liability for lost or damaged baggage. Passengers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes baggage loss coverage before departure.
In case of loss of baggage during surface/coach transfers, the Company will provide reasonable assistance but cannot be held financially liable.
Meals are provided as specified in the itinerary (Breakfast only / Half Board / Full Board / All-Inclusive). Any meals not mentioned in the inclusions are at the passenger's own expense.
• Meals are pre-set and may not always accommodate individual dietary preferences. • Passengers with specific dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, diabetic, allergies) must inform the Company at the time of booking. • While every effort will be made to accommodate dietary needs, the Company cannot guarantee specific meal types in all destinations. • Meal timings are subject to the tour schedule and may vary.
It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to hold a valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months beyond the date of travel and obtain the appropriate visa for the destination country.
The Company will provide assistance for visa applications but cannot guarantee visa approval, as it is entirely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. No refund will be made in the event of visa rejection, except for the visa fee itself (subject to the embassy's refund policy).
Passengers must ensure that their passport details are accurately provided at the time of booking. Any amendment required due to incorrect spelling or expired passport will attract alteration charges. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss incurred due to passport or visa issues.
Foreign exchange requirements for personal expenses during the tour are the sole responsibility of the passenger. The Company may facilitate foreign exchange services but is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations, availability, or any associated charges.
Passengers are advised to: • Carry a mix of currency, international debit/credit cards and travel prepaid cards. • Be aware of the currency regulations of the destination country regarding the amount of foreign exchange that can be carried. • Declare foreign currency as required by Indian customs and the destination country's regulations. • Keep foreign currency and cards safely at all times to avoid loss or theft.
Tour costs are calculated based on the prevailing rates of airlines, hotels, currency exchange rates, and other service providers at the time of quotation. The Company reserves the right to revise tour prices in case of:
• Increase in fuel prices or airline surcharges • Increase in government taxes or levies • Significant currency fluctuation (more than 5%) • Increase in hotel or service provider rates
Any such revision will be communicated to the passenger before the final payment is due. Once the final payment has been received, the tour price will not be revised except in cases of government-imposed taxes.
Tour costs are quoted per person on a twin-sharing basis unless specifically stated otherwise. Single room supplements will apply for solo travellers.
Cancellation charges are applicable as follows from the date of written cancellation request:
• 60 days or more before departure: Loss of booking deposit (non-refundable) • 45–59 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost • 30–44 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost • 15–29 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost • 0–14 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total tour cost (no refund)
Visa fees, insurance premiums, and certain airline tickets are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or letter) to the company. The date of receipt of written cancellation will be considered for calculating charges.
For group bookings, different cancellation terms may apply as specified in the group contract.
The following processing and service charges are applicable and are non-refundable:
• Visa processing/facilitation charges: As applicable per destination • Amendment/alteration charges: ₹500 per change per passenger (or as specified) • Documentation charges: As applicable • Credit/debit card surcharge: As applicable per payment gateway
Processing charges cover the administrative work undertaken by the Company and are not refundable under any circumstances, including visa rejection or cancellation of the tour by the passenger.
Passengers are solely responsible for the safe custody of all travel documents including passport, visa, air tickets, hotel vouchers, travel insurance, and foreign exchange throughout the tour.
• Keep photocopies of all documents separately from the originals. • Store digital copies of important documents in email or cloud storage. • Report any loss of documents to the local police and the nearest Indian embassy/consulate immediately. • The Company will provide reasonable assistance in such situations but cannot be held financially liable.
Passengers are advised to respect the local laws, customs, and traditions of the destination country. Any illegal activity during the tour will result in immediate termination of the tour arrangement without any refund.
Passengers are advised to consult their physician before undertaking any tour, especially adventure tours or tours to high-altitude destinations or regions with health advisories.
• Passengers with pre-existing medical conditions must disclose this at the time of booking and carry sufficient medication for the duration of the tour. • The Company strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical emergency coverage. • The Company shall not be liable for any medical expenses, hospitalisation, or evacuation costs incurred during the tour. • For high-altitude destinations (e.g., Leh Ladakh, Nepal), passengers must ensure they are medically fit and acclimatise as advised.

The Company's liability, if any, shall be limited to the actual tour cost paid by the passenger for the affected service. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Passengers are expected to maintain decorum and discipline during the tour and comply with all reasonable instructions from the tour manager. • The Company reserves the right to expel any passenger from the tour whose behaviour is deemed detrimental to the group or any individual. No refund will be given in such cases. • Passengers are responsible for being at the right place at the right time as per the tour schedule. The Company shall not be responsible for costs arising from a passenger's failure to join the group at any point of the tour. • The Company cannot guarantee specific room allocations, seat assignments on coaches, or restaurant reservations beyond what has been confirmed in writing. • Photographs and videos taken during tours are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission from the Company.
